Tejas only employs A Players – being an A Player means that each person is knowledgeable, capable, and competent in their respective position. We want our customers to know that they are important to us and that they can contact us at any time with any question and we will be there to give them answers and solutions.

Our Process – From the initial Estimate to job completion, we do what we say we are going to do, and we do it right. We are on time (as long as the weather permits), and we keep our customers updated on start dates and job progress. We only charge for the work that we do, nothing more. Most importantly we stand behind the work we’ve done should any issues arise, and we take care of those issues in a professional manner.

Our technology is always up to date – from the mapping programs on our computers to our fleet of large machinery, we only use the best tools to complete projects, and make sure customers love the results. Our ability to map a property and view property boundaries, water features, land contours, pipelines, etc. and give an accurate Estimate before even setting foot on the property is one of our strong points. Further, our fencing materials and our process to install them are top of the line: All Galvanized Materials, High Tensile Wire that’s been ASTM Tested and verified.

Experience – We have a combined Fence Experience number of approximately 120 years, combined Land Clearing experience of approximately 50 years, and 40 years of Lake Dam Building Experience. Having individual employees that have done everything from driving t-posts to closing out jobs gives our team an edge that not many companies can compare to. We also want to give our customers the best experience possible by offering specific solutions to their ranch needs.
