High Game Fence Patterns for Fixed-Knot Fencing

YouTube Video VVVjMFMxd1RXbXNBUXRwQV9LRmpHSy1RLlFiUHRfWkdJMnNF The high-game fence comes in a few different fixed-knot patterns. 2096-3-200, 2096-6-330, and 2096-12-330. The standard fixed-knot fence pattern is with the vertical stay wires on six-inch centers. So we've got six inches here in between.

Other options are that these are on 12-inch centers, but it leaves some pretty big gaps.

The other option is that these are on three-inch centers and so it's much tighter.

The typical perimeter fence is six inches on center here.

And then at the bottom, you can see that the horizontal wires are tighter at the top. They're not as dense. So this discourages animals from crossing at the bottom.

The spacing here is three inches. Then it goes to four inches. Goes to five inches here. Six at the top. Seven inches. So this makes there some economy-saving horizontal wires at the top, still doing its job to keep larger animals from jumping over right above the top wire, which is right at eight feet.

We install one strand of barbed wire to the barbed wire, which discourages jumping. Sometimes if a limb falls on it, it just hits the barbed wire and bounces off.

The barbed wire itself is very strong. It's high tensile as well.

As you can see here, the fence is galvanized. A tee post or galvanized barbed wire is galvanized.

So it's a completely galvanized system.

Fixed-knot fence patterns for high-game fences.

High-Game Fences - https://tejasranchfence.com/fence-solutions/high-game-fence/
Hog-Proof Fences - https://tejasranchfence.com/fence-solutions/hog-proof-fence/
Fencing Manufacturer - https://staytuff.com/product/deer-tuff/
@staytufffence1

Subscribe to our YouTube Channel
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCc0S1wTWmsAQtpA_KFjGK-Q

Follow Us on Social Media
https://www.instagram.com/tejasranchfence/
https://www.linkedin.com/company/tejas-ranch-game-fence/
https://www.facebook.com/tejasranchfence

More about John Payne
https://tejasranchfence.com/about-us/john-payne/
