Big Billy Kinder Outdoors is a talk radio show produced by Kinder Productions, Inc. and hosted by Billy Kinder, a 45-year radio veteran. Following a stellar country radio career, Big Billy combined his love for the outdoors with his history and success in radio. About John Payne
John Payne founded his first fencing company, Payne Fence Products, in the early 1990s – literally in a barn in southern Ellis County, Texas. John quickly built his business into an industry leader with a reputation for quality. Focusing on top-quality materials and innovative engineering solutions, Payne Fence Products devised solutions for complex commercial, industrial, and security projects for clients such as Wal-Mart, Lowes, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. While working as a fencing industry entrepreneur, Payne obtained more than 20 patents that translated into better construction, better processes, better solutions, and better fences. He served on several ASTM International Technical Committees to help develop industry standards. John successfully sold and exited the business in 2011.
As a native Texan and landowner, John spends most of his free time on his ranch enjoying the great outdoors with family and friends. Throughout his land improvement projects, John understood how vital a good fence is—and often how difficult it can be to build that good fence over rugged terrain and streams. With enthusiasm for land and fencing solutions, John saw an opportunity to bring together two great passions: improving the land and devising fence solutions. And thus, Tejas Ranch & Game Fence was born.
